radio.hinet.net plugin for streamtuner 0.0.2

經過 John 的錯誤回報，我改了一下前一版程式。修正了電台圖示與名稱錯位的問題，並加上音樂、新聞、外語與娛樂等電台分類。所以現在可以列出所有總共七十個網路電台了。

安裝方法一樣，請下載 streamtuner-hinet，並安裝到你的 streamtuner python plugin 目錄下。例如在 Debian 上是

/usr/share/streamtuner/python/scripts/radio.hinet.net.py
/usr/share/streamtuner/python/icons/hinet.png

    謝謝 PaulLiu 指點，將 radio.hinet.net 的 Icon 用 try statement 包起來。所以你現在可以把 radio.hinet.net.py 直接拷貝到 ~/.streamtuner/python/scripts/radio.hinet.net.py，不需要 root 權限就可使用此程式了。
